Rick Gach, AR, EDPNA

After studying Industrial Technology at the California University of Pennsylvania, Rick Gach moved to the Orlando area from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to begin a career in Orlando as a workers’ compensation adjuster. In 1989, he began work as a litigation paralegal in the workers’ compensation department at Morgan and Morgan, P.A.

In 2004, he began representing claimants at hearings before the Social Security Administration for the Morgan and Morgan firm. Since 2004, he has appeared in thousands of hearings before Administrative Law Judges in Florida and throughout the Country.

In 2013, he founded SSD Solutions based on the premise that clients deserved a more personalized experience with their Social Security Disability cases. He is dedicated to providing quality one-on-one representation and takes pride in helping disabled individuals obtain much needed benefits.

He was among the first group on non-attorney representatives in the nation to qualify for eligibility for direct payment of non-attorney fees by the Social Security Administration (EDPNA). He is an “Appointed Representative” with the Social Security Administration and a member of the National Association of Disability Representatives.
